"POLENET" is Polar-Earth observation network. During the southern summer Scientists & Engineers are based at various Field Camps to install,  upgrade or repair the equipment used to record data. The Data collected gives insight to atmosphere & plate (Earth crust) reactions  and is a strong indication of climate change.
